Clarification: This will fix future upgrades after 2024.1. Once you are on 2024.1, you can check the UseLegacyPowerShellImpersonation in the Advanced Configuration. Apologies the about post was unclear.

Please open a ticket and post the number here, I'll ask Eng to take a look. Disappointed this didn't work.

Did you configure your Prisma (Cloudgenix) following these instructions? https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/npm/content/npm-prisma-sdwan.htm You should see something like this: https://hco.demo.solarwinds.com/Orion/NetPerfMon/NodeDetails.aspx?NetObject=N:590

@"revco" . Curious if you successfully upgraded to 2023.4.2? Either way, if you opened any tickets, could you post them here so I can review them? Thanks!

Option 1 is your only option at this time, synching with the licensing server should be immediate. If you are online, you deactivate your license then immediately reactivate it with the desired quantity. If you are offline, you'll have to follow the offline procedure.

Hi. Currently no plans to update the STIGs or add new ones, but we did add the ability for you to build and modify your own in the GUI. You should be able to copy the current ones and modify them for your compliance needs. Alternatively, you could contract with the a third party to build these for you.

You can read more about this issue here: https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Forti Customers have confirmed that this issue is fixed in version 7.4.0 and later and HCO/NCM works with those versions. We will be adding more cypher options in the next release.

Fixed in 2024.1 https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/sam/content/release_notes/sam_2024-1_release_notes.htm 01256771, 01266011, 01276421, 01464931After an upgrade, PowerShell and AppInsight monitors are functional. Users no longer need to manually update a configuration file to use these monitors.

As far as deployment goes, the modules and HCO both run on the same platform, so you can switch to HCO anytime without a fresh install or upgrade. See The Day of Instant Evaluations has Arrived! for more information.

Can you share the ticket number?

Check out https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/orionplatform/content/core-solarwinds-port-requirements.htm Remote polling is done via WMI or SNMP, so should be the standard ports for those. Deploying an agent might be a better option.

Users of HCO Essentials and Advanced Standard Edition (as opposed to Enterprise Scale Edition) can purchase and use HA licenses. However, APE (additional polling engines) and AWS (additional web servers) can't be used with Standard Edition, for those capabilities you'll have to purchase the Enterprise Scale Edition (which…

Check out the known Poller issue for 2023.2.1 and see if that matches your issue- applies to both 2023.2 and 2023.2.1. https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/orionplatform/content/release_notes/solarwinds_platform_2023-2-1_release_notes.htm Try applying the workaround. It that doesn't match your issue, the…

Go ahead an open a ticket. To qualify as status only in HCO, the node has to be exclusively ICMP polling - any additional polling (SAM template, API template, Hypervisor Host, etc) promotes it to a licensed node. There are a couple more reports available in thwack that can give you more detail:…

If you are still having this issue, please open a case with support.

-
Check with engineering, no known issues or restrictions, we were able to monitor logs via a SAN or NAS volumes. We also think its a permission issue.

Try the SAM API templates: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/sam/content/sam-api-poller-microsoft-365-intro.htm

Please open a ticket with support and post the number back here.

Just a note on nomenclature. The Orion Platform evolved into the SolarWinds platform in 2022.3. All products (HCO, NPM, SAM, VMan, etc) run on the SolarWinds platform now. You can keep your current module licenses, perpetual or subscription. Or if you like HCO, you can buy it and just update your key to unlock its…

Go to the license manager and start an HCO trial (match whatever you bought). Once the trial is active on the license manager page, you can check it and click activate and put in your key (assuming you are online). More about instant evaluation:…
