Option 1 is your only option at this time, synching with the licensing server should be immediate. If you are online, you deactivate your license then immediately reactivate it with the desired quantity. If you are offline, you'll have to follow the offline procedure.

Hi. Currently no plans to update the STIGs or add new ones, but we did add the ability for you to build and modify your own in the GUI. You should be able to copy the current ones and modify them for your compliance needs. Alternatively, you could contract with the a third party to build these for you.

Users no longer need to manually update a configuration file to use these monitors.

As far as deployment goes, the modules and HCO both run on the same platform, so you can switch to HCO anytime without a fresh install or upgrade. See The Day of Instant Evaluations has Arrived! for more information.
