Use from_unixtime(time/1000) since the DB is in milliseconds. See more here: MySQL :: MySQL 5.5 Reference Manual :: 12.7 Date and Time Functions Brian

Eric - curious if you moved forward with monitoring with DPA in AWS?

With DPA 11.0, you should automatically see the AG tab when you register an instance with an AG. if you are not, go ahead an open a support ticket Submit a Ticket | SolarWinds Customer Portal

Rick Generally that error means 1) The agent can't access the share. It may be able to see the share, but not actually access the files on the share. 2) There are no files on the share. Try logging into a server with the same credentials you are using on the agent, then try to access the share and see if you can browse the…

Hi Were you able to resolve your issues? Brian

Hi Some arrays don't give us latency, and since that part of the GUI is common, we went with the most important metrics. In the future, we will have a more configurable GUI where you will be able to add and remove the metrics and widgets. Thanks Brian

Hi I am a little confused by your question, are you asking how do we monitor VMware environments, or are you asking for specs for running the Profiler server on a VM? The first, check our permissions and security document at www.solarwinds.com/.../ProfilerSec.pdf If the second, what are you monitoring in your environment.…

Sean, We cannot group the CX LUNs at this time, however, you can create reports with filters that will pull specific LUNs into the report you are interested in. LUN grouping is high on our wish list, but no delivery time table at this time. Brian

Gerry, I would like to discuss what you are looking for, as STM has the capbility to see the real amount of storage used. Would it be ok if I contacted you? Brian, PM

We have run some preliminary tests and it looks safe to upgrade the hardware version. Let us know if you run into any issues. Brian

Working to get you an answer on this one.

We are looking into the issue, will keep you posted when we have a resolution. Brian

Perfstack should work with SAM just fine. If you continue to have issues, open a support ticket. Here is a post for using Perfstack Drag & Drop Answers to Your Toughest IT Questions. If you'd like to see DPA data in perfstack, vote for it here:

Hi Did this get you the data you were looking for? If not, have you tried Solarwinds Storage Manager? - it can dive deep into NetApp and other arrays. Brian

Hi We have not seen this behavior before, can you post a screenshot of the performance chart and the list of disks showing the disk as spare. Brian

Hi. You can filter on the profile name for the "Server configuration has changed" event (but not the Baseline Change Event). Simply duplicate the default "Server configuration has changed" event, then add the filter under Details section, like shown below. Let me know if that works for you, I am still researching why these…
