Please open a support case as Urgent. http://www.solarwinds.com/support/ticket/serviceticket.aspx

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?
-
Hi It is not possible at this time, but improving charting options on reports is a high priority for us. Brian
-
Sorry, we do not support the Infotrend EonStor directly. If the array supports shares via CIFS or NFS, you can treat it as a generic NAS device and do file anlaysis on those shares. Brian
-
John, There is no way to do this in Profiler, but it is a great idea. I will add it to the list. Brian
-
Do you mean the HP EVA? If not, please point me to the array to review. Brian
-
Hi. Possible reason might be that location of file to modify was changed, now it is <install dir>:\SolarWinds\ipMonitor\internal\js\v1\si_webr.js. Also, make sure you hard reload page (F5 or the reload button).
-
Also, if you have the DPA Integration module installed, you can go back as far as you have daily data in Perfstack.
-
When you installed the agent, did you put in the IP address of the Profiler Server? If so, did the agent start and is running? Do you have any firewalls between the agent and server? Would other applications listening on port 162? Profiler communicates in two ways: * Agent > Server: SNMP trap (server listens on 162 by…

Please check out our Virtualization Manager - What we are working on post for more details. We are currently in the beta phase, sign up here: SolarWinds Virtualization Manager 6.0 Beta Participation Survey.

When you drill down on a query hash and see the Query Performance Analysis (QPA) screen, executions (and wait time per execution) is the first line chart you'll see.
-
If you encounter this issue, please follow these instructions to upgrade DPA and Orion. This won't be an issue in future upgrades.
-
Could you post a little more detail in what you are trying to do. * Are these server drives, remote shares (CIFS/NFS) or local shares? * What report are you running where you can't select the drives? * Have you tried a custom report with a filter for the drive(s) you are looking for? Brian
-
When you say "testing with" do you mean you have DPAIM integrated with 12.1 and 11.0? Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?
-
Hi, Take at look at our SMI-S document - it will guide you thru the installation and troubleshooting of the HP EVA SMI-S provider. http://www.solarwinds.com/documentation/profiler/docs/SMISProvider.pdf If that does not help, please contact support for more help. If you do contact support for this issue, please post back…

You can see the permissions that DPA uses here: * See SQL Server Permissions required for DPA for a full list of permissions required for DPA to monitor an SQL Server database. * Registering SQL Server without the SysAdmin Password (12.0, 12.1)

Storage Manager will automatically map VMware datastores and the associated VM to LUNs. For physical machines, you can manually map Volumes to an Array via the Servers Tab under each Array (Array > Servers > Allocate Volumes. The allocated volumes will now show under Servers > Disk Performance report. However, there is no…
-
In addition to what Rob said, we are working on an improved mapping that automatically builds the relationship with a high degree of accuracy. For now, you will have to either choose the relationships from the suggested ones, or create the ones you want by walking through the relationship wizard. The new integration video…

I would do a fresh install of the agent. If you are under maintenance, 5.1.2 is the shipping version. Brian
-
Hi We will post an answer to your question in the next few days. Stay tuned. Brian
-
Thanks for the suggestion, we will add it to the list we are considering. Brian
-
Hi - it looks like we don't support this currently, but will look into a workaround. Likely, we will have to add this as a feature request for a future release.
-
Note - Storage Manager thru 5.2 has performance for the IBM XIV turned off by default. Once you upgrade to 10.2.4.e, make sure you turn on the performance by clicking on the wrench. Brian
-
Patriot, Were you able to fix this issue? Note that the IBM XIV provider had a known stability issue that was fixed in 10.2.4.e for Gen 2 hardware. Brian
-
We are looking into this issue. If you have not started a ticket yet, please do. Brian
-
I assume you are asking about excluding spare drives from being counted toward the licensing? If so, the answer is no, there is no way to do that. You would need to upgrade to the next license tier. If you are asking about something else, let me know.
-
Did you find what you were looking for to solve your problem? Brian

Virtualization Manager takes a deep dive on virtualization data, both from the data collected as well as how it is analyzed. One item many users like is the datastore performance which allows them to overlay VM performance over datastores to see contention on storage. VMan has capacity planning capabilities that allow you…

Hi, thanks for the great question. In DPA 12.0, when you drill down to a query, you'll see annotations for the entire instance in QPA (Query Performance Analyzer). In QPA, you can go back as far as you have data. In the screenshot below, I am looking at the last 90 days and I've hovered over an old annotation and been able…

Yes, DPA can monitor MySQL just like Oracle or SQL server. When you are registering a database, you should see MySQL as an option (since version 10.0). If you are on version 10 and have available licenses, you should be able to configure and monitor today. See Register a MySQL database - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and…
