If you update you SWA service, you should see the option to upgrade to either 2026.1 or 2025.4.3. You should be able to upgrade from 2024.4.1. See this thread for more information:

It should be backwards compatible, try refreshing the Updates page, it should force the SWA to update, if it doesn't change, try updating it manually. Otherwise, open a ticket.

Starting with 2026.1, when running online upgrades the GUI will present the latest release as well as the latest version of the previous release in the Updates page. You'll need to make sure you have the latest SWA (SolarWinds Administrative Service), but you should see something like this:

Hi. If you are just using ABA, there is no charge in SWO SaaS. For the current AI Agent preview, there are no charges but there will be in the future (still TBD).

Can you clarify - would you want to roll up the wait time status to each group, and then the group have a status? Is it just wait time, or do you want to include other statuses (Tuning, metrics, etc.)?
