One thing I observed, Machine type won't be updated unless you checked/added the interfaces and volumes on the List Resources option after changing the polling method. Any comment on this?

Had this reported to SW Supported and what they did was Repairing the website and running the Config Wizard.

I'm having the same issue as well. Ours is PA-500 version 6.1.10 and NTA 4.1.0.

I'm not sure what else I'm missing but the 95th Percentile CPU Utilization is not showing using the method above. I'm using NPM 11.5.2.

I also have this kind of issue. Machine type remains unknown even if I've tried the rediscover option on the node (tried this on Solaris boxes and Netscaler devices from ICMP to SNMP monitoring). Any concrete solution on this?
