Can you enable capture mode (File\Enable capture mode). This will create a file for that device in your \Cattools3\debug folder. Please remove any passwords, and post the output here.

Dave, Which ever group you have selected in the left pane, is the group that will show up under the NOC view. You can put the server you wish to see in a group, select that group, and the then click on NOC View.

Nanda is correct. CatTools does not use SNMP to back up configuration files.

Filters are stored in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SolarWinds\Syslogd\Rules. When you export the settings to an INI file, the filters should be included in that file.

You are correct. NTM is currently a stand alone tool, and remote desktop access is required.

If you get a Wireshark capture, do you see the syslogs leaving the Kiwi Syslog server?

NPM has its own syslog server that is part of the Orion core. You can disable the Orion syslog server, and use the kiwi syslog server. NPM and Kiwi do not interact.
