I ran the database portion of the configuration wizard and the weirdness still appears in the alert configuration utility. I switched the item to monitor from Group to Group Member and the alert is now showing the proper member within alerts.

You're correct, it's unfortunate the "advanced" alert editor can't create such alerts. I've created the alert using a custom property and it is now alerting on the group of servers I need it to. Thank you!

Some more information, the account being used is a local and domain admin. I also tried adjusting user credentials from task scheduler instead of the orion report scheduler with no success.
