Mark - I see no errors or warnings when I load it. The verification wizard comes up green on both my WSUS server and my Eminentware server. But after downloading a Flashplayer update and 'Publishing' it, I get the error:'

Thanx for the answer. As suspected, but there are numerous reasons for each icon and there is no explanation of what (for example) failed "process" means. Also, other screens have different icons; do I need to scour each chapter for references? Is there no appendix or something with pictures and explanations? Cheers
