Luckily, there are already tools that allow us to connect the two. I'm currently using one, zigiops, to send alerts and events.

gee, i've been waiting for this moment, too. actually, i dreamed about this for a few years. nevermind, you can always search for another option, as most of us do in case of emergency. i must admit i've found marketplaces to be a great place for clearing your mind. i think they offer plenty of options to choose from when…

Deb,hello. Did you resolve your issues? And are you using any tool to make the integration? I am asking cuz we use such and never had an issue (so far, so good) with the integration. I'll drop it here, for you to check it out. It allows for customization so I suppose there will be no problem achieving what you want, i…

hey, I also made this integration. I we transfer solarwidns events/alerts to snow incidents via a tool, called zigiops. it can be customized, so i believe it can allow you to send other types of data. feel free to check it out.

hey, did you make the integration? if so, what are the step you followed? i ask because we are currently in the process of connecting snow and solarwinds. we're planning to use a connector, called zigiops, for this but still want to know your take on the integration process.

glad to hear you've managed to find a solution. if you ever decide to try another approach, you can take a look at some 3rd party tools like zigiops. it worked for me, without any issue at all. saved me a lot of time and effort.

sadly, the link to the Cherwell page is broken. it would have been interesting to see the list of solutions. otherwise, interesting topic. i know others use custom connectors to make the integration - there are plenty on there; quite big names actually.

have you managed to resolve your issue? there are some initial configurations before deploying the integration. i, myself, have gone through this case 3 times so far - for diff. clients. in 2 of the 3 instances, I've used an external provider to help us with the connections and synchronization between the two systems -…

nope, as seashore has mentioned, you do not need to pay a dime. btw, i believe it's written somewhere along with the SolarWinds docs. so, just like most of us, the one thing you pay for is the external tool or whatever you use.

Lucky me, i had a scheduled snow integration with a client last week. there were no problems at all. but we did use an outside help - a 3rd party tool to handle the integration faster and smoother.

i was hoping to see that you've managed to solve the incident issue. glad, you've figured out the rest. for some projects, we use custom solutions to deal with such types of integrations. we've used several tools over the past few years, each one of them providing a unique experience, if i may put it that way. we're…

i was looking for such a year ago but did not manage to find one. we are also using a paid tool. well, it's evanios. but we've looked at it, too. we're currently using zigiops for the snow-solarwinds integration for one of the clients. it's been almost a year since we deployed it and everything is fine. the client is…
