• Thanks, i am looking for a way to poll our Velocloud edge devices. I think there is a community poller available but i haven't been able to test. I will look at leveraging a universal poller as well.

• Do you have access to log into your solarwinds server? if so, try pinging from there. If you can't ping it then validate routing between the server and end point.
