I've tried that and "SQLServer:SSIS Pipeline" is the only thing showing in the list. I can't see any differences in the installs.

I've got the same issue with some SQL 2005 servers. Our production server allows us to pull back the Buffer Cache Hit Ratio value where as our UAT SQL 2005 doesn't list the Perfmon options for SQL. It also seems that the values coming back from the perfmon counters are wrong through WMI as the hit ratio is constantly 0.00…
