  • Thanks again for the reply. I haven't tested this on another domain, but I think your suggestion will work just fine. I have my External Process monitor setup, but it's giving me this error "Last Result:The return value does not match the expected value". Any thoughts? I have the Expected Return Value set at 0. Bill

  • Chris, Main reason we're using ipMonitor is for its ability to monitor windows services. Orion has it's application monitor addin, but it seemed administrative heavy and rather expensive compared to ipMonitor. I wish Orion could monitor windows services as slick as ipMonitor, but until then we'll use them both. Unless…

  • Thanks Chris, I was able to get it to work for monitoring servers on the same domain as me. Do you know if this will work by monitoring a server on a different domain...say by IP address? I tried it, but it doesn't seem to work. Thanks again, Bill
