They are still ticked. I added the node again on a different poller to get fresh polls and the same error appeared. Any ideas?
-
@"RichardLetts" Sorry for bumping an old thread, but what is the best way to filter that to only show BGP neighbors from certain nodes AND to ignore specific neighbor IPs? I have done this as a report through the report builder, but am unsure how to do it in a custom query resource with SWQL.
-
Is there a way to see any logging behind this message?
-
I decided to reboot the MPE before making any changes and so far I haven't seen this error reappear. I'll keep this other change in mind if it comes back.

@"KMSigma.SWI" @"jm_sysadmin" @"wluther" Thanks for your help leading up to this upgrade in this thread and in the upgrade discussion a few months back. Anyway,I performed my upgrade today and everything seems to be working well. I did notice some entries in the Windows Application log about SWJobEngineWorker2 crashing. It…

I was able to remove it from using the “Manage Entities” page. I'm unsure why it wouldn’t let me remove it on the Manage Nodes page.
-
The weird thing is that I have never added a node via API. It was added with the node discovery tool. Also, I am unable to delete it from the manage nodes screen, DELETE is grayed out.
-
I'm using the prebuilt resource "Nodes with High Memory Utilization".
-
@"KMSigma.SWI" I just wanted to follow up on this to see if you had any ideas. I have tried the filter you had given and it is still throwing that it is invalid.
-
Before: Includes a node that should be filtered out with the new filter. After: I'm on NPM 12.3 if the filters happened to change in a newer version.
-
Thanks for the clarification. I just dropped that into the filter and I'm getting "Custom SWQL filter is incorrectly formatted" in the resource.
-
This would be downloaded from the Polling Engines page right? Or is this in a different location in the newer versions?
-
If you don't use parenthesis won't it filter out all the *WIN servers and all "Southern" servers? I want it to show all servers with 85%+ and filter out only the "*WIN" servers that aren't part of the "Southern" region.

What are the issues with custom properties? We are planning on upgrading out 10.6.1 environment starting next week. Would you guys suggest pushing forward past 11.0.1 or are there multiple "game-breaking" issues?
-
Could you clarify this? Wouldn't the same work need to be done whether we go to 7.3.2 or 7.4? As I understand it, both will require the folders to be copied correct? Or does 7.4 not have the same folder structure as 7.3.2 and the files will have to be imported manually? Also, if we copy the folders over in 7.3.2, how do we…
-
It looks like you are using custom pollers in your queries. What are the MIBs of those values?
-
How do we import this? is it a case of just adding them to our main Orion server in the NCM folder and the DB picks them up or do we have to run an import? If so, how is that done?
-
Awesome, thanks. That seemed to work. Is there anyway to single it out to the pool that just went down or up? Also I just noticed that I am getting alerts every minute. It seems like every time the alert is run it is sending out an email alert. I haven't seen any down alerts, so I wonder if my reset query is wrong?
-
Interesting... I didn't get any alerts with that query. When I run it in SQL manager, I get 4 pools that are down, but am not getting any alert emails about them. Any ideas?
-
Thanks! That really helped. I got it to where it is showing the down pools correctly in SQL manager. I'm trying it as an alert now. SELECT F5_Device_V.NodeID AS NetObjectID, F5_Device_V.Caption AS Name, F5_Pools.Name AS PoolName FROM F5_Device_V JOIN F5_Pools ON F5_Pools.NodeID = F5_Device_V.NodeID WHERE…
-
I have submitted a ticket for this to support and sent them a link to this thread. Case #00172456
-
Getting another error. I am assuming it is talking about the F5_Pools on the JOIN line?
-
And are these to be copied following the 7.4 upgrade's completion?
-
It doesn't seem like I got any alerts. Is there any way to only look at one F5 device with a specific name? Actually, is it even possible since the top part is already written for you and you can't add a node name/id field into the query?
-
Awesome. I will give it a shot and see if I get any alerts. It just so happens that Network is doing maintenance on one of the pools on one of the F5s and it is showing offline.
-
I just PMed you the case number.
-
Thanks! I will look into that. Does anyone know of anyway to display the F5 pool that is "DOWN" in the email message? I'm expecting it will have to be some complicated SQL query.

That is the generic SSL Certificate Expiration Date Monitor, not the AppInsight IIS one. When looking at the Statistic Data for the IIS Appinight SSL Expiration, it is blank.

pgaryga, Were you ever able to fix the unclickable group members bug you were having? We just experienced it today and worked through it with support. I have the details in this post: 11.5.2 Groups Issue?

Which installer should I use to install onto the new APE? We are on 12.1.
