The issue is that I want to download the 6.2.1 agent, but the drop down of 6.2.1 downloads the 6.2.2 software. I can't find the 6.2.1 installers. I had to install 6.2.0 agent and then upgrade it to 6.2.1 through the Profiler's upgrade functionality. See below - shows 6.2.1, but downloads 6.2.2.

We are using Windows Agents. We have confirmed that everything is set up correctly, but are still not seeing the shares. We have been working through a ticket.

Has anyone installed the newest Hotfix? Is this error still occurring?

Which hotfix did you install? I installed Hotfix 1 two weeks ago, but haven't installed Hotfix 2 or ran a Configuration Wizard since getting Discovery working. I'm not sure what changed in the last week that would make it error out again.

No, but it shouldn't matter as I'm using an animated gif currently on our old environment. After working with support they were also getting the error too and believed that the National Weather Service site is blocking it and causing a 403 Forbidden error. I tried to run the Hotfix and it said I didn't have the correct version. I have 1.16.0.20 and just installed NPM HF1 and Core HF3. Not sure why some people are showing 1.16.0.39. gravtech what version are you on?

Thanks. We are planning on beginning our upgrade of our environment next week. We will be upgrading to 7.2.2 for sure next week.

I would imagine you would have to run the upgrade regardless. There are tons of changes between 11.5.x and 12.0 that would need to be upgraded to operate correctly. jlinkowsky what "not so nice" things have you read about? I'm will be upgrading to NPM 12 next week and would like to know of any issues people have read…

I just started poking at this again and no matter what I do it just spams out UP/RECOVERY emails every minute. I'm at a loss.

They are running config backup jobs. We have about 2500 devices in NCM. They are broken up by region and backed up every morning starting at midnight for the first region and staggered 30 mins to an hour on each region after that.

So WPM 2.2.1 is compatible with NPM 11.5.2? We have a larger upgrading coming up in the next month or so to upgrade to NPM 12, but I wanted to upgrade the modules that need to be upgraded before we can move to NPM 12.

I ended up unmanaging and then remanaging them and now they all showed up. I'm not sure why that caused them to show up. These devices were up at one point and then went down so I thought there would be event records for them.

The expiration banner just appeared yesterday. I looked on the main poller and there isn't anything to uninstall. We have licensed our APEs with valid licenses and this line for the Scalability Engine isn't and hasn't been assigned to a system. I'm at a loss why the expiration banner just showed up yesterday.
