Any update? Local accounts are disabled and "clients" cant log in.. Thankfully its the summer but would like to get this taken care of.. I just dont know what viewer to use to browse the PostGres DB to edit the table. Any assistance with that?

We tried the "Joe Admin" and Tech, but admin said account was deactivated and trying to login as just a user to create a ticket fails LDAP. What is the easiest way to connect to the PostGres db and edit that table?
