Please have someone contact me about this. I worked with tech support and in my own testing, much of the functionality no longer works when a failover occurs. The AWS does not fail completely, but various components give web page errors (ie: NCM, NetPath).

So, now it's up and running, just had to let it simmer overnight I guess... the last run of the configuration wizard failed on the new LEM module, but now it appears everything is working. i'm still going to wait on at least HF1 before doing production. I can't have that down for 3-4 days...

Yes... Tech is suspecting an issue with the new LEM module... I will hopefully know more tomorrow or Friday when I can get on the phone with him again.

It's not under the Custom Object Resource dropdown, search for just "Universal Device Poller Custom Chart" when adding a widget. I was working on a similar issue and this pointed me in the right direction.

Late reply to this thread, but yes, HA over OTV works fine. We are running it in production right now with no issues.
