  • No worries! It was worth a shot - I will work with the manufacturer to see if they can fix in a future release (although a solid product, believe it or not, there are still a lot of bugs that need to be worked out with the E5-400s..:) Thanks, Ben
  • Well darn, that didn't seem to do the trick either. Still only getting the initial polling values and then nothing. Thanks!
  • Aha, I'll give that a shot... I should have figured that out myself. Thanks!
  • It is true that the NodeId is really the Primary Key, but as far as I've seen, the Web frontend will overwrite the first node that matches the IP address. I ran into this situation with a Calix C7 network - Shelves are pulled via proxy ports - 10.10.10.10:5000, 10.10.10.10:5001 What I had to do to get this work was get…
  • Hmmm, I know the device is supposed to support those as well - I will do some polling to see if it supports Operating and Admin status on those OIDs Do you have details on how you turned on the counters? I'm not sure I follow on that part
  •  Hi Mark, Thanks for the prompt response. We are going to go through the suggested method of backup and restore and see if that does the trick. As far as I'm concerned you've answered my question - but I will update the ticket when I find out what happens after the suggested retry, in case anyone else has run into this…
  • Thanks Brandon - that answers my question - I will get back with the manufacturer for this device and see if they can fix this in a future release Thanks, Ben
  • Finally got it to register something in the Event Viewer for me - Unable to start a DCOM Server: {26700CD9-6157-4B72-B46F-EC93C952F19C}. The error: "2" Happened while starting this command: C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\SWToolset.exe -Embedding I'll do some digging on this. Thanks, Ben
  • Thanks, I have changed it to an Intranet site and it skips the Add-On warning and pulls up a UAC prompt. However, with domain admin and local admin credentials it attempts to install, but doesn't. However, I will try actually running IE as a local admin (vs. using UAC) and see if that helps. I will let you know the…
  • Hi Morgolis, Sorry for the delay. I tried the last 2 and those returned no results. Also, I don't see any entries in the nodes table referencing the old community string. Anyone else have any ideas? Thanks, Ben
  • Thanks for the quick reply. I will look further into using kiwi. Also, I'm looking into a more flexible alternative to stunnel called openVPN. Thanks, Ben
