  • Thanks. I verified the WMI info today. No change. Created a support ticket and they suggested that as well as some other group memberships and such for the account. All items check out as complete, but sill no user info being brought in. I'm sure you're right that it is going to be something obvious like a firewall…

  • Problem resolved. The primary issue was finding the correct GP to modify. For us, the GP existed inside a folder labeled Domain Controllers and not the GP at the root of the tree when opening the GP editor as directed in this article.
