This is not true... i still get the ? symbol. I feel that that the latest update simply and ignorantly stated that because someone, me, or some other customer summited a CGX MIB so Solarwinds felt good about blindly stating it includes native support. If you feel i am severely wrong then private message me. please. This is…

well, i don't know about y'all but its still a confusing mess for us. I am certain i have all the same MIBs you all do that are published by CGX and 3 out of 4 MIB's they posted are generic in nature and are severely underdeveloped for modern times. I have been pushing hard on our Palo Alto and CGX account teams over the…

This is what TAC just came back with. "Thanks for sharing the device information, unfortunately, the below devices are not yet supported by SolarWinds" This vendor has been around for over 5yrs and is now owned by Palo Alto for over a year. Their even in the top right corner of the Gartner quadrant, and Solarwinds still…

Will do by the end of this week, thanks jreves

I believe it has but also know that i had already submitted the CloudGenix MIB's to Solarwinds about 3mo. ago. I'm still not seeing any values when i do the MIB walk. In addition to that, Orion for whatever reason is detecting the devices as Wireless LAN Controllers, and from a vendor persective, its still unknown, and has…

Thanks for the update. Will import tonight. I also plan on upgrading to 2020.2.6

Much appreciated @jreves. I am very impressed with the attention that Solarwinds gives to these forums. It proves that Solarwinds is paying attention to their loyal customers. I look forward to next week and contributing.

We already submitted the MIBs to Solarwinds months ago. It didn't help much. TAC said that Solarwinds hasn't officially added the as a vendor. Even with custom pollers, the devices show up in the vendor list with a question mark. They're just not being recognized as a vendor and I don't get any values when I browse the MIB…

We too have launched CloudGenix as our new SD-WAN. I have gone through all the normal procedures to provide Solarwinds with the vendor MIB's but this has proven to be very novice in execution. I don't know if its CGX that failed to properly structure the MIB files or if Solarwinds failed to import it properly. I've opened…

One detail to know about Netflow on ASR1001x. You cannot source the netflows from the out-of-band management interface when sending the data to the collector.

i've resurrected my GeoChart based on this posting from a previous year. I'm refreshing things but have been banging my head against the wall with how to solve my latest challenge. i am trying to make states null in color that we do not have a presense. See the screenshot below. You can see that i have green everywhere as…

wluther, sorry to rehash something already solved but i downloaded your updated code and i still get the duplicate values in the pie chart. your comments said that you resolved it in your latest version but its still happening to me. i also tried following the link that you provided for examples and futher details but when…

Didn't work. i replaced that section of code and the result is a blank page.

Same here. We have multiple locations within states. the key for me was simply using Custom properties on my nodes. I set Country, City, State, etc as custom node properties and then used those properties in my sql/group query. Another angle i'm working on is to replace the calendar with a simple selection of "Today" , "1…

I figured it out. I modified the original code to draw a US MAP instead of a Pie Chart when clicking on the calendar. So what i have here is a total number of alerts by a custom attribute that i assigned to the nodes called State. I then modified the SQL query to match Node.CustomProperties.State. I then replaced the…

Wouldn't it be cool if instead of a pie chart that a US based geomap was painted, say at the State level. For example. a US MAP shows all 50 states, and the states are lit up with color intensity based on the number of alerts by the same calendar selection or more simply by choosing a 7 day, 30 day, or 3mo selection.…

The model number should provide it to you. example output of "Model" for my nodes show this: WS-C3750-48P
