first click on the device from which you wish to download configuration then cick on action tab, after the click on validate login information if it validated successfully.and the problem still persist the reply me i will see ok

when i have set it to enable level then an error occur on validating the login credential the login faild to enable level. but upto now i dont understand that what is the enable level

Dear cant telnet, be remember that you have to enable the telnet on the device from which you wish to download configuration. and you have to varify that the credential that you use to login to the device is correct means have the privilage to login to the device remotly or not your problem will be solved throug this. tnx
