Thank you for answering.Just to clarify the old agents will keep working with the new version installed on the pollers? Then we can upgrade the agents as needed (we have automatic updates disabled). Just want to make sure we don't lose monitoring or data as we upgrade.

Thank you for answering my question. A follow up, in our environment we deployed agents. What happens to the Agents that were deployed on version 2018.4HF3 when we upgrade to 2020.2.1?

We upgraded yesterday and it has not gone smoothly. Still in the process of working out kinks, HA seems to be an issue for us. Not sure if it's unique to us or not.
