I stand corrected. We did run into the client expiring and reached out to SolarWinds. They changed the option for the client to expire.

Upon further investigation with SolarWinds, Symantec and Microsoft, it was determined that the root cause was due to SolarWinds' certificate issuers for DRE being switched from Symantec to another provider. We figured this out. We had to use WireShark to see the ports and sites DRE was trying to connect to and make them exempt. The following domains had to be exempt from certificate scanning on Z Scaler: .swi-tc.com .swi-dre.com .corporate.beanywhere.com .mspa.n-able.com sis.n-able.com All connections were successful once the…
