What is the error you are getting while testing the component ?

OID for APC battery replacement indicator is 1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.2.2.4 @"Reedglf" you can try checking output of this OID against concerned nodes. Output value 1 means No replacement needed 2 means replacement needed. Hope it helps

Trail modules do funny things at times. I faced similar kind of scenario where basic feature of SRM was not working. I restarted the solarwinds servers and post next DB maintenance It started working as expected. Worth giving it a try if you haven't already.
