Hii...I have never used CMDB API, do you know the documentation for CMDB. While exporting data to a file, how to sort the data, by column and rows. Is there any script to export in the table format? @"HerrDoktor"
-
Yes, @"HerrDoktor" ...Is there any way to directly feed the output from Powershell to CMDB. Any script to export it to text files and then use it to import CMDB. I tried the exact script you sent, I changed to connect with my CMDB IP and I'm getting error. Need to establish a connection to CMDB first? If so need any SDK…
-
Yes...I want to do two-way sync from SolarWinds and CMDB. If there is any nodes added to SolarWinds, then it should be updated in CMDB as well and vice versa. @"HerrDoktor"

The Port connection has been fixed and now it's working @"HerrDoktor" For Integration with CMDB and automating the process. What're the next steps?

Oh okay....And I have already installed the MSI. Can you please tell me what should I do to make this automation? I prefer python over Powershell.

I've been trying to install a SolarWinds-automation-manager from Github. There's only one SolarWinds-automation-manager.nuspec. I have tried with choco install [nuspec file] and getting endless errors. Are there any other ways to install the SolarWinds automation manager?
-
Oh alright. I'm using Windows 10 @"HerrDoktor"
-
No, with another machine, PC. Or is that have to be installed in the server? In order to integrate with CMDB do I have to install in the server? @"HerrDoktor"
-
The error pop up is "This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."
-
Alright. Thank you. So how about the API key of SolarWinds? Where to find it?
-
I have been trying this add_node.py. I could add nodes with IP we inserting. Other properties and such and also how to have an "API", never used or created one. To make it automated with CMDB. Thank you in advance..

I have to create an automated system when the data been key in into the solarwinds, it should be automatically updated into CMDB.
-
Without package manager, by just installing the MSI, getting this error :
-
Referring to this, https://github.com/solarwinds/OrionSDK/tree/master/Chocolatey I'm not clear with step 2,4 and 5. In order to push the chocolatey package, we need the API key. Where should we get the API key from? @"HerrDoktor"
