Thanks Rob for the reply. Yes we do have different Node priority (1,2,3,4 and 5) set for Nodes. I want to generate an audible alert only for devices whose Node priority is 1 I have tried the alert actions 'playing a sound', and 'text speech' for this but it didn't come in the web console. Later i enabled the audio alert…

I am also having a similar requirement. I need to play sound only when the critical node goes down. Doesn't require to play sound for other alerts. Is this possible?
