To add to this feature, the ability to run show commands and then build a compliance check around the output would be very valuable. This would allow support for router features/output which may not have SNMP MIBs or in the running/startup config. A step even further would be to allow the output to be input as a statistics…

thanks neomatrix1217 that is something we're looking into to build a custom data source into the SW API. It doesn't look like anyone else has started something like this.

Update: I was able to get it partially working by installing Python3.5.2(64bit). Now if I manually run the cscript it works on the poller. However the SAM app monitor still has same error about the script engine for 'python'. btw, I did set the App monitor to use x64. C:\tmp>cscript.exe //E:Python //T:1186 //nologo test…

Has anyone figured out a work around for this? It appears, perhaps, the Nexus may use different OIDs for vrf routing tables than IOS / XR devices? The issue has become really apparent with Netpath, the nexus do not show up in the trace because IP info is missing.
