We have big monitors above our Help Desk and I'd like a view on those auto-refresh but disable auto-refresh everywhere else. It's pretty annoying to be scrolling through a long list of alerts, nodes, etc only have to start over when the page refreshes.

We are in almost the exact same boat, have 72 devices that have to be upgraded for the same reason. Now I just have to convince my boss to hold off a bit longer so I can use this tool instead of doing it all manually.

Has anyone figured out how to generate alerts when a Thin Access Point goes down? It clearly shows up as a red dot on the Controller Node but it doesn't generate any alerts that I can find. It also doesn't show up in the Nodes with problems list on our Summary page which is what I really want for our Help Desk.

I am getting the same error on a server that is in the same domain as our Orion server. The agent had actually been installed and working just fine but around 6:30am today it stopped communicating with Orion and was reported as down, even though the server was up. Tried rebooting the server, and tried to remove and…
