This is the same permissions I have given for the NCM users and it's perfectly working fine for them. They do not have admin access they dont have access to any other products. Its restricted only to NCM... Once you give the permissions please ask them to logout and check again.

Problem was with proxy. Since the player server needs proxy for connecting to google analytics site it has caused this delay. I have added the proxy when adding transaction and that helped!

You cant add two nodes with same IP's. If you are planning to monitor multiple clients, One Solarwinds setup with overlapping IP's.. Its not possible. One best option is to go for Additional poller at each client sites.
