  • For Windows 10 x64 PCs you need to create a new key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ called "DameWare Development" and add the Show Maintenance Banner Dword reg value as indicated in the Solarwinds Help page.
