It is possible. You have to make a custom report. And there is a default interface usage report already you would just copy that report and adjust the time needed.

That is correct. the maps are only available to the person who made them. I think this was changed in 2020.2 not sure thought. I also believe I have figure out how to access the different maps and edit them from a different persons account. Still validating though, and when I do I will post the info on here.

@"aLTeReGo" I am unable to find your oid suggestions can you share them please?

Check your polling settings for the servers. Also check your agents and see if they are sending data to your polling server. Validate your firewalls to make sure no blocking is happening and you have the appropriate port/ protocol listed in your acl list.
-
Did you remove the custom OID poller and switch monitoring back to SNMP or ICMP for that device? You could also just remove the device from managed nodes delete the OID poller then rediscover the node with SNMP or ICMP polling.
-
This is because theoretically you are adjusting/changing nodes and only SW Admins have full rights to perform this task. Now you can go in to user permissions and add extended rights for node management within the NPM Settings portion toward the bottom of user settings.

Check the interface that you are wanting to monitor and verify if you have assigned the appropriate flow control to that interface. I would also check your flow exporter record and monitor to make sure you have the right ip address and port/protocol used. Just as a reference here is a link to use…

I believe in the gui of the wlc you should be able to setup config backup and or backup location. but you might be thinking of something like this https://techflax.wordpress.com/2017/07/18/how-to-backup-cisco-wlc-wireless-controller/ and or this 1. Go to the 'Commands' tab and select 'Upload file' 2. Select file type…

yes you have to go to the user account and scroll to the ipam portion toward the bottom and grant permissions for each user. Unless you are using super user account (IE original account to configured the console). Now if you do AD groups and build this permission in and put specific users into the group account needed then…

Not with NPM. Disk monitoring is done with SAM/SRM.

Looks like its time to have votes on some new store products I think a half price voucher should do just fine hahaha
-
What bob said. But I would also add your primary circuits to your ISP that way you can monitor bandwidth utilization on those.
-
There should be a default interface usage report that you can pull up and just change the settings to what you need. Go to create new report and look for interface usage or something like that. I dont remember what it is off hand.

We had a router receive and updated IOS where the aes 256 encryption stopped working and had to open a case with cisco on it. This might be the same issue. Down grade aes to 128 and try to connect again. that is was worked for us.
-
Is this for servers or network devices? If for network devices that usually happens when a firewall rule is blocking connections to the device.
-
This is more of a NTA report. SO when you create the report instead of node select interface and search for the specific interface you are wanting to pull a report on. Of course this will work if you have netflow configured to monitor on those specific interfaces.
-
I have a few devices that do this as well. I believe it has to do something with the software version not allowing the information to be pulled, like the version is to old to support the version of snmp being used. are you using snmp v3 for the connection?

Mental Health has been an increasing issues. Having to mix work with family as well as doing to sleep, jump on computer to begin work. It tends to way on you. That 20 minute drive into the office helps break the monotony and is something different every day.

Read the admin guide thoroughly it is your best location for all information you will need to install and setup SolarWinds.
-
Did you happen to create any other accounts that have admin privileges? If so I would login to that account and then reactivate the local admin. If not you may have to go in and reconfigure WHD from scratch sad to say.
-
Absolutely!

How do we find out lifetime points on the new site?
-
My organisation shares monitoring data across multiple areas. I use the netflow primarily when on call to see if there is any network outage or latency, this way when the server team says there is a network issue I can call their bluff
-
What did you use to study? I got my voucher and looking for study material to help make the test a bit easier for me.
-
Same! Now if only they would put the new items in the store we all voted on then it would be even better
