Looks like this will return the monitored interfaces status and its usage. Like if 2 interfaces monitored on a physical device and one is not up then this will show 1 port available in the quantity.

I am facing the same issue in Orion 2020.2 . My SAM monitors automatically going to unknown state and showing not licensed after 20 min of orion service reboot. SAM license is ALX. Also logged case with solarwinds , but no luck so far . Did all service repair and license reactivation but not worked yet. Any help

Multiple reason causing the problem. 1. Suspecting it's permission issue. Can you check if you have proper rights to open all pages? 2. How about your Network speed? 3.
