Looks like this will return the monitored interfaces status and its usage. Like if 2 interfaces monitored on a physical device and one is not up then this will show 1 port available in the quantity.

I am facing the same issue in Orion 2020.2 . My SAM monitors automatically going to unknown state and showing not licensed after 20 min of orion service reboot. SAM license is ALX. Also logged case with solarwinds , but no luck so far . Did all service repair and license reactivation but not worked yet. Any help

Unfortunately , the same issue is happening with me in Orion 2020.2 . Did contact support team involved on my case but not resolved the issue . Agent status is running & connected. Also checked the servers status on F5, that is also showing server up & running and no downtime. However in solarwinds found packet loss on servers. Not sure why? Multiple reason causing the problem. 1. Suspecting it's permission issue. Can you check if you have proper rights to open all pages? 2. How about your Network speed? 3. No. These are windows servers and polling via WMI .
