API poller feature is only available in version 2019.4 i believe. its not available in 2018.2

I agree , but the problem is list resources also showing interface greyed out . and its only happening with my Suse linux server agents. Anyways opened a case with solarwinds support. Will update you on this.

Hi, How the sensors will be disabled if they are not polling at all? I am not able to see any sensor in disabled mode. On these CISCO devices Hardware health sensor is discovering in List resources but showing unknown state after adding. Thanks, Alankar

I am also facing same issue after upgrade to Orion2020.2. I did re-installation of app in servincenow dev instance and added it again but still facing the unknown status issue. Working with solarwinds support but i am not sure why they saying issue with SNOW when we have not done any changes in snow side. Sharing again…

Yes. It resolved after server reboot. But still servicenow integration is not fixed yet. My SNOW instance is showing up but alert action showing error that instance is offline and not reachable.

These OID's are missing in appliance and solarwinds support suggested may be this causing the issue on webconsole. Asked vendor to raise feature request to implement these OID's in appliance.

Hello Bob, Using same settings on console. Interesting thing is SNMPwalk tool is perfectly working from NMS server but test is failing on webconsole. Not sure why? Any help much appreciated. Thanks
