This is already enabled for availability status. Status & Response time is monitored through ICMP only. Just wanna check if issue happens then what is the root cause of Packet drops.

Check with your AD Admin. Hope SVC_ldap have sufficient rights on AD DC to login and search for user.

During the drops i can see the packet drops on agent ports but it can't justify that packet drops are happening because of issues identify in agent…

Try by entering the name of user account in search field. Asterisk (*) try to search all users which might be causing your timeout out issue . I believe users in AD are not few and its will be a long list in AD. Try with HQ\yourusername
