I'm trialing SWSD currently and am stunned they even listed a single IP as an option - what value would that possibly provide? Allow an IP range!

Did you get this to work? We're encountering the same issue...setup appears successful but no data has populated in about 18 hours. Another post from a SW rep stated they pull the data around midnight but that did not happen for us.
