There is no separate web console server, the reports were saved in the default location, i have created some custom reports in the past - they appear fine. The ticket number for SW support is:- 277022 Thanks for replying guys.

Hi i am using the MIB but what does the G represent when looking at the graph, i can see reading 1G 1.5G 2G etc... thanks Akhtar

Forgot to add we are on NCM v7. Had no issues with earlier NCM.
