That makes sense - we haven't used the FAQ feature yet so that would probably work since you can insert pictures into FAQs anyway Thanks for the response.

Hi icarriere Do you know if there is a way of making the default text bigger for the Was your issue resolved? Yes No response. My clients seem to miss this request so I wanted to edit the text to make it bigger or highlighted in the email to identify that a response is required. Thanks

Hi Garciann and Billypilgrim Thank you for your suggestions. I am trying to achieve the same thing in that when a ticket is submitted that the location is optional or does not appear at all. From what I read ...can you confirm that this is not possible?
