  • You would be able to do this if you had something like a F5 BigIP LTM (load balancer) sitting behind your firewall. You could use this to redirect urls to a new url. I am not aware of anyway to do this in Serv-u. 
  • Have you tried cloning the problematic user's AD account and seeing if you get the same results? If you get the same results, try changing the user's home folder to a different location to see if you get the same results.
