DanielleH, you do a great job and we appreciate you giving us the insight. I look forward to July! Keep up the great work.

Normal desk, but lots of Solarwinds stickers and buttons for passer-bys to take. The "Byte Me" slogan is clearly the most popular. I'm also very fond of this award:

My company is going to make this a storage standard in about 60 to 90 days, so having support in SRM will be critical for us in the near future.

You both make very valid points. You have to operate in the confines of the company and leadership you work for. You just need to do all you can to push for the recommended specs from Solarwinds and document the risks of not going with RAID10, if that's leadership's decision. I'll add that we were put (not by our choosing)…

Katie, I’d be happy to chat. Andy

An element is either a node, interface, or volume. So if you are monitoring 1 node with 2 interfaces and 3 volumes, you have 6 total elements.
-
Joe, we have a similar sized environment (~9,000 nodes, 70k elements) We just put in a new DB server which is a physical DL380 (20 cores, 256GB of RAM), with Qty.(4) 800GB SSDs in a RAID10 config for the SQL data (slower drives for the OS and backups). Do you have any info on the wait times you see with your current…

XIV baby! Keep up the good work cvachovecj and team.

As Josh said, XIV. We have 15 XIV frames and are looking to dump some expensive IBM software that I'm hoping Solarwinds can replace, specifically SRM.

Any idea when we might see an update to this page? It's been about 3.5 months and seeing the right devices would allow me to avoid deploying Profiler.

I like Red Rose tea and maple syrup. Any chance that counts?
