Why do you still have this release available online? Please pull it! Other companies are going to attempt to update this and have the same issues as been reported already.

Any complaints on this version yet? We had all sorts of problems with ours including: Closed status gone Email to ticketing not working 'Dark Mode' on browsers not supported Not able to sort by columns We reverted back and will be opening a ticket for this, but was hoping it wasn't just our install that had problems.…
