Have you tried connecting using Passive mode? Based on the logs, you are trying to connect using active mode. You can switch from active to passive depending on the ftp client used. Try that first.

You can try to use ftp voyager scheduler. Create a move down task which downloads file and then deletes the source (remote) file.

If you can access the console then right click on your IP and delete it from the IP access list

File Management can be located in Global/Domain > Directories > File Management. You should see all the rules that automatically removes or archives file from your File server.

If you are using a supported web browser but you still get this error, you can disable "Warn end users when using old web browser" in Limits & Settings > HTTP.

On server 2, did you check if the box for "Enable domain" is checked? You can find this on Domain Details > Settings > "Enable Domain".

You can right click on log forwarder system tray icon and uncheck Autostart with windows.
