We need the same for cloud VM details page as well. The only shortcut to go back to Cloud Summary page from cloud VM details page is via "My Dashboards > Home > Cloud. It will be nice to have a link to go back to cloud summary page from cloud VM details page.

VMAN is 8.0.0.1818. Anyway, the issue had resolve by itself. I managed to launch the setup wizard without issue 2 days after my post. I had successfully upgraded SAM to 6.5.

You need to be licensed separately for the additional poller. If you are licensed for the additional poller, you can see the option to download Orion Additional Polling Engine on customer portal's My Download page.

I have NPM, NTA, SAM and VIM on the poller. VMAN is still on appliance. I tried to upgrade SAM to version 6.5. I have support ticket 21123 open pending for support response.

I'm facing the same issue after upgrade to 12.1. I have to restart the poller every few days to resolve this issue. I don't have this issue before the upgrade.

FYI. The issue is resolve now after running license reset utility provided by SolarWinds Support and reactivate the licensey key.

Use SolarWinds Log Adjuster from <drive>:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\LogAdjuster.exe, scroll down to Collector section to adjust the number of files.

I have vCenter which recently upgraded to 5.5 U3. I don't see any communication issue between VMAN and vCenter 5.5 U3.

I have the same issue. Can SolarWinds make the popup appear only when user first visit the page instead of have it keep pop up whenever we click on anything in NetPath?

You can configure an alert with following condition: Node - Polling Method - is equal to - Agent Agent - Connection Status - is not equal to - Connected

What backup software you are using? Your backup software should have log/alert that tell you that. You can configure SAM application template to read the log and generate alert when specific error code appear.
