I think I need to have a scanner going but we don't have that currently and only get our devices from the discovery agent. So going to connect with our service manager and see what we can do and then I'll dive in. Thanks so much!

Yeah, I made sure that all the departments and fields matched from AD > sync to entra and then when we connected azure for users to SWSD - made sure that those matched and synced properly, so already got that good to go. We have a mix of e5 / e1's but the majory of end users with machines have e5's. I never thought of powerautomate to work into this. I'm curious if you could elaborate more on how that can update the solarwinds assets department and site with that.

We have issues where we close tickets and then people reply to an email from a past ticket, and it reopens it and gets lost in the ether. It shouldn't happen, but it does and then they're mad when we don't see and don't respond to it because it's buried from 4 - 5 months ago.

Gotcha. The screenshot was just an example of a Scribe iframe we were trying to embed. Since we can't update it without having to go to another site, for now we've just kinda stopped putting solutions in SWSD and keeping them within Scribe because they also have a better system of sorting and organizing too. Agreed. And when a process changes, it's a pain to go in and change it in your main place and then have to re export it, remove, paste. Just cumbersome.

Hey Joey, I know it's been a while on this, but wanted to check in to see if any progress has been made? We'd like to continue using solutions in SWSD, but it may be a bigger pain to update and then export all of these when things change. Just wanted to get a feel.

I agree with this product request. We are housing our training materials in here and would be also nice to have folders that we can create for certain topics. Not sure if this is still in production or being looked at at all

I agree. I feel like this would be super helpful considering no one wants to print off QR codes and tape them to devices.

Hi SLR, Any update on this? We're looking to switch to ESM and I don't know if I'd like to purpose this because I'm sure I'll get push back that if a ticket is forwarded it, it's still open on one provider and a second. Also, this maybe a stupid question, but it should close once forwarded correct?
