Hello Lada, The integration is working as expected with Istanbul version. We are planing to upgrade it to Jakarta, can this upgrade may cause any issues with the already configured integration? Abhishek

I faced this issue once, and it was fixed after resetting the IIS service on primary polling engine. You can give it a try.
