Turns out this is also prevalent on Windows 10 and windows 2016 when used computer explorer and update history check. Will be fixed in PM 2.1.6

You could use one of the reports under 1. Reporting -> Windows Server update Services Analytics report group 2. Choose computer update Summary / Approved update summary reports 3. Select the appropriate data source for that report. Hope this helps.

I had one customer today with same errors, though they were related to MS patches on 2 Server 2016 endpoints and from a previous case last year it the error came up when installing MS KB890830 According to this post the problem might be caused by SHA-2 Code Signing Support requirement for Windows and WSUS

As of release ARM v9.0.821 release, installation along with NPM is not recommended/supported. This is due to some dependent services version incompatibilities. I'm sure this will change in future release at least for small environments.
