To be fair, in my research I was unable to find any monitoring solution that was able to monitor Memcached on Windows. I would recommend trying Windows Authentication and using the local or domain administrators account. The SQL server is likely running in mixed mode so Windows authentication should work just fine.

I would recommend pointing to https://www.google.com which appears to be the valid SSL/URL for Google.
