Jonathan Angliss, there is in fact a "White Space" threshold which can be adjusted or removed (null) on an individual mailbox or whole Exchange application basis.

The download link for the MIB database is located in the Customer Portal under "Helpful Links"

Please post a copy of your SolarWinds.SEUM.Agent.Service.exe.config as an attachment to the post. Replace any passwords with the string "myPassword" and usernames if you like with "myUsername" and we'll review it ensure the configuration changes have been properly implemented.

This remains an issue for Hardware Health Monitoring in SAM 6.0, though you can properly report upon the physical disks on ESX/ESXi hosts for Asset Inventory. We hope to include what we learned about storage subsystem monitoring in VMware ESX/ESXi for the Asset Inventory feature of SAM 6.0 to improve hardware health…

Do you know if the fix is for 8.5.1 or any v8 release? The fix is for 8.5.1. It's unusual for Solarwinds to release patches, hotfixes or service packs for previous releases.

I believe I answered your question in your earlier thread. * Want to monitor IBM Tivoli in SAM?

By default when assigning the template to the group, the template is only assigned to 'servers' contained within the group. Have you tried changing this setting to apply to all nodes within the group?
-
Both the MAPI User Experience Monitor and Blackberry Delivery Confirmation template will work with the CDO Objects. It's not recommended to install Outlook on the server, and as a previous poster already started both Outlook and CDO objects cannot be installed on the same machine. I recommend recreating the MAPI profiles…

When testing the credentials for PowerShell script execution an actual "real" script must be provided or the credentials test will fail as shown in the screenshot you posted above. I recommend testing something simple at first, such as saving the following text as 'WhoAmI.ps1' and giving that a try. [Environment]::UserName…

Then this is a known issue. Please open a case with support. They can provide you with a buddy drop that fixes this issue as soon as one is available.

These screen snipits are not enough to properly diagnose the issue. Beyond the availability chart I have seen nothing that reflects a warning or critical status. I recommend that you ensure that the nodes where AppInsight for Exchange is enabled are managed via WMI, and that all volumes on your Exchange servers are…

Andy, I haven't heard from Collin. Do you still want a copy of my DB?

The Cisco part number you just provided is a lightweight version of the Cisco AIronet 1242. This will not work with the Orion Wireless Add-on since these APs don't support SNMP.
-
Correct. The template I referenced does not use Invoke-Webrequest like joe.tran's example above.
-
Your case as been escalated to an application engineer who should be reaching out to you shortly. Any communications you send via email should be automatically routed to them, so feel free to engage with them if you have not yet received a response. I will say that I spoke with QA regarding this issue today and they…

Ensure the DHCP server has a DHCP scope for the subnet your Orion server is on and that there are available IP addresses in the pool for that subnet.

A few updates ago I had this same issue where an alert was sent out and there is a link to the node in the email -…

Since it appears that you have the same issue outlined in the thread "Re: Appinsight for SQL I think it makes sense to consolidate this conversation into that thread.

Nice work jds! Your persistence has paid off. I'm now eager to see a patch released for this. No pressure Denny. I know better than most how strained development is right now. I'm just glad that the problem has been identified, and that it will receive the attention it deserves.

I'm not sure if unmanaging the device alone is enough to fix the problem since Orion continues to poll the device, even in an unmanaged state. You can either remove the device from Orion all together or unmanage the device and change the community string for the device, forcing a timeout.
-
What exactly is the problem? Is it that the alert won't execute a program of any type (BAT, EXE etc) on the local machine? Or are you having trouble passing variables/macros to the executable?
-
NetPerfMon is the default name of the database. In your case, it appears you are already using NTA a version that utilizes SQL is that correct? This may be a question better suited for jreves
-
I would recommend you look into the "runas" command.
-
It would seem that case was closed after several failed attempts to contact you. I do see from the notes that the Curl command does appear to work when using the IP address of the Orion server, rather than the hostname. When configuring the Agent to register to the Orion server, have you tried using the Orion Server's IP…
-
WinRM must be configured on both sides of the connection. You must configure WinRM on the Orion server, as well as on the host where the PowerShell script will be run. This is normally done through the Trusted Hosts list. E.G. * If not already done so, install PowerShell 2.0 and WinRM on the APM and target servers.…

There should be no negative impact from running a repair, and no reboot is required.

Thanks for the update Steve. I guess that makes sense. I was thinking I was being clever but apparently not. If what you say is true, and I don't doubt that it is, then this logic is broken for APM advanced alerts. All of my APM advanced alerts have the Alert Suppression (Suppress Alert when all of the following apply…

I think this is the error message you were referring to earlier. SNMP ActiveX Control: This application is using an unlicensed demonstration version of the SolarWinds.NET SNMP ActiveX Control.
