What version of SAM are you running?

It's definitely part of Orion. You might want to use Process Explorer or FileMon to determine exactly what process is using it. Filemon is a great utility for troubleshooting permissions issues or locked files. Best of luck.

I would suggest using the "None" operator in it's own condition group. Below is a simple example that will alert when any node is down except the three listed in the alert.

Is the Service being monitored in SAM via WMI or RPC? Are you using the out-of-the-box "Restart a service" alert?

The functionality provided by the "Exchange 2010-2013 Database Availability Group" Template is now natively included as part of AppInsight for Exchange, which is available in the SAM 6.1 release, currently in beta.

I uploaded an updated version of the DAG template today which resolves a few issues customers have reported. I recommend downloading this new updated version to see if that resolves your issue.

Because SEUM uses the same collector as other Orion modules it's not possible to shutdown SEUM by simply stopping a Windows service without affecting other Orion modules. I would recommend unmanaging all SEUM transactions. It should be a simple two click process.

The Universal Device Poller is an exclusive feature of NPM. It is not included as part of SAM and cannot be made to operate without NPM. SAM does however provide an SNMP Monitor which is partially equivalent to NPM's Universal Device Poller.
