Thanks guys! I un-checked a few of the boxes that were checked by default under the manage advanced alerts (not changing anything on the server volume alert itself) and guess what, it's sending at 1GB now instead of 1%!! I guess there must have been something going on between those alerts, but the advanced is working good…

Yeh, it seemed pretty straight forward. But when I compare the volume reports, sure enough, we get sent emails when a particular volume falls under 1%, not 1GB... really weird. That's why I gave basic alerts a try which does send out the right alert (at 1GB), just every 15 minutes is making our team a little unhappy!

Thanks Rob.I'll take a look at the admin guide. Individually assigning alerts to 50 separate nodes seems like too much work than it needs to be, considering how easy this is to accomplish in basic alerts. Such a shame escalations aren't available in Basic alerts or this would be a pretty easy task! Thanks again!
