Yes! This feature really needs to be implemented. I mean, we're in 2025! It's kind of embarrassing to have to explain to new Techs in our Org, that our Ticketing Tool doesn't support this. Even more so, when they ask if it's been feature-requested, and you have to say "yes, regularly for 10 years"

Yes! Furthermore, to upload one document, one has to click four times! I can never figure out why when I click the "upload" button, that a second "choose file & upload" windows pops up! Super weird.

Hi That seems to be a decent solution aswell. For now I "solved" it by having a specific request type "Uncategorized" for when tickets come in. Gives more of an incentive to change it than what we had before. Thank you for your suggestion. I might end up doing it like that. Regards,
